Our Board does use the Holleran Resident Satisfaction Survey as a metric in the evaluation. The action plans that evolve from the survey results are developed in conjunction with the Resident Council.

Can anyone tell me if their BODs conduct a Resident Satisfaction Survey, using the composite results as one of the metrics for evaluating Management performance?
