Our CCRC has an Enterprise Wi-Fi system which provides wi-fi and phone service as part of our monthly fee.The community is managed by Erickson Senior Living. The system was upgraded last year so we have stable Internet. There are occasional hiccups but overall it is fast and reliable. There were many bumps along the road as the 2016 installation had access points in the hallways. That was the state of the art at the time. However, many residents had their computers in the back of the apartment or in the 2nd bedroom so were were problems with the signal. The upgrade put access points inside the apartments which helped. Larger apartments received 2 access points because of the concrete block walls in some apartments.
