Katherine Pearson is a Pennsylvania State University Law Professor with a special interest in the protection of CCRC residents. For years, she has advocated legislative enactment of Resident Bills of Rights, including testimony at the July 2010 hearing on Continuing Care Retirement Communities conducted by the U. S. Senate Committee on Aging.

The materials below reflect the work of Ms. Pearson and others. NOTE: The links marked *** will take you away from this site to view Pearson’s biographical information, writings and video on other web sites.
